Manage monthly accruals and journal entries. Perform reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Conduct detailed reviews of the General Ledger and address discrepancies. Oversee capital project tracking, asset management, and depreciation schedules. Handle sales tax filings and ensure compliance with state and local regulations. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and expense reconciliations. Support the preparation of tax documentation and external audits. Identify and resolve accounting issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures. Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in real estate. Strong background in financial statement preparation and account reconciliation. Experience with property management software such as Yardi or MRI. LI-HK1 LI-Hybrid
