Senior Financial Reporting Analyst Location: Eau Claire, WI
Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 Join an established and growing
organization as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst , where you
will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance,
and transparency. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented
professional with expertise in financial reporting, SOX compliance,

compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SOX control
documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Support the preparation and review of quarterly earnings releases,
SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks), and other financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis to refine key performance indicators
(KPIs) and support decision-making. Identify and implement process
improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Provide financial
insights and analysis to management, including ad hoc reporting as
needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable accounting and
banking regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies,
procedures, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related
field. 5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and
regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services
industry. Strong expertise in SOX controls, SEC reporting, and
financial reporting standards. Advanced Excel skills and experience
with financial reporting systems. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
