Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst Salary: $100,000 -
$120,000 base salary bonus potential Work Model: Hybrid (3 days

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A
Analyst: Build and maintain detailed financial models for
budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Provide insights on
key business drivers through variance analysis and performance
tracking. Prepare dashboards and executive presentations for senior
leadership. Lead ROI and profitability analyses for new initiatives
and cost-optimization projects. Collaborate cross-functionally to
assess financial impacts of business decisions. Support long-range
planning and annual budgeting processes. Participate in M&A
activities including financial due diligence and integration
planning. Assist with month-end close and partner with accounting
to ensure GAAP compliance. Drive process improvements and leverage
financial systems for enhanced reporting accuracy. Qualifications
for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst: Bachelor's
degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a
plus). 3 years FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment. Strong financial modeling and performance analytics
skills. Solid understanding of GAAP, corporate finance, and
