They're seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to lead their cost and inventory accounting functions, play a critical role in budgeting and forecasting, and support cross-functional business strategy. What's In It for You Competitive salary ($95K-$130K) plus performance-based bonus Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role in Finance Meaningful work at a company with strong Midwestern roots and values Direct impact on margin performance, operational decisions, and long-term planning Full benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more Supportive work environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement What You'll Do Cost & Inventory Accounting (Primary Focus) Oversee and manage cost accounting activities across multiple manufacturing sites Monitor and improve internal controls related to inventory and cost tracking Partner with production, supply chain, and product line management to analyze cost structures and margin performance Analyze variances and identify corrective actions to optimize pricing and cost management Maintain inventory valuation procedures and ensure accurate reporting across warehouse locations Lead the preparation and review of forecasts and budgets by consolidating financial data Assist in the preparation of financial reports, audit documentation, and tax filings Leadership & Strategic Involvement Supervise the Accounts Payable Specialist Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and financial goal-setting at the corporate level Serve as a key business partner across departments to align financial strategy with operational execution Help improve financial systems and processes related to inventory and cost efficiency What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (required) Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and inventory systems INJUN2025 ZRCFS LI-HK1 LI-Onsite
