Responsibilities: Apply your knowledge of PLC, Preventative
Maintenance, Process Improvement, Engineering Design, Manufacturing
Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Product Development,
AutoCAD, Machine Design, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), FEA, DFM/DFA,
Control Systems, and Electrical Schematics to drive innovation and
improvement in our manufacturing processes. Develop, evaluate, and
improve manufacturing systems by studying product and manufacturing
methods. Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical
instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and
systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and
implement new products and improvements to existing products. Use
your expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste
and improve efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Lead product
development efforts, including conceptualization, design,
prototyping, testing, and production. Use CAD software to create
detailed designs and specifications for mechanical equipment and
systems. Perform detailed analyses to ensure that designs meet and
exceed performance and reliability requirements. Develop and
implement preventative maintenance programs and support maintenance
activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electro-Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in
Electro-Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on manufacturing.
Proficiency in PLC, Preventative Maintenance, Process Improvement,
Engineering Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing,
Six Sigma, Product Development, AutoCAD, Machine Design, CAD, FEA,
DFM/DFA, Control Systems, and Electrical Schematics. Strong
knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma
methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using CAD software for machine design and product
development. Demonstrated experience in control systems and
electrical schematics. Strong communication skills, with the
ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye
for detail and a results-driven approach. Ability to work in a
