Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our team as an Assembler where you will perform hand assembly at a table, working with various cable assemblies and parts. You will be responsible for working with small components, crimping wires, screwing on additional parts, and ensuring quality across all areas. You will follow basic work orders to assemble products and wire harnesses, using hand tools as needed. Your role involves sitting at an assembly table, putting pieces together, and using magnifying glasses or microscopes daily to ensure precision. Responsibilities Perform hand assembly of cable assemblies and parts at a table. Work with small components and ensure quality in all areas. Crimp wires and screw on additional parts. Follow basic work orders to assemble products and wire harnesses. Use hand tools on a smaller scale as needed. Utilize magnifying glasses or microscopes daily for precision. Collaborate with supervisors to accomplish daily goals. Essential Skills Assembly and hand assembly skills. Crimping and wiring experience. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow blueprints. Mechanical assembly and general labor skills. Experience with soldering and electronic assembly. Inspection skills using microscopes. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred. Entry-level position with room for growth. Assembly experience preferred. Soldering experience is a strong plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waseca, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.95 - $17.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
