Job Description:

We are looking for someone who has experience with content management systems, and editing. Editing skills and ability to work fast and accurate and the most important things. Key responsibilities will be to upload content and complete ServiceNow tickets.

Description:
------- --Create, edit and upload content under direction from Content Mgmt team. Includes eForms, pages, offers, navigation, brands, and general content management.
------- --Identify content gaps, establish content creation model and manages the pipeline of current projects in various stages of development.
------- --Able to pivot and wear many hats (hands on keyboard, consultative, editor, tool admin)
------- --Conduct content audits, inventories, define strategies, and ensure quality and delivery.
------- --Knowledge of various content management systems required, 2-5 years minimum-able to hit the ground running and add value in the tool on day 1. CMS best practices expertise desired, interest or background in Drupal a plus, AEM experience preferred.
------- --Understands DAM and component performance/creation/strategy.
------- --Identify opportunities for multi-use content across the enterprise, provide feedback to creative / production teams and execute across a variety channels
------- --Support product team efforts and work closely with teams to hone concepts
------- --Take direction while also offering strategies, best practices, and tool tidbits.
------- --Healthcare a plus, Pharmacy a bonus.
Required: Skills
------- --3-5+ years of experience in digital content and marketing
------- --3+ years of authoring experience and understanding of CMS concepts using Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management system
------- --Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
------- --Experience with the web development lifecycle and Agile environments
------- --Experience navigating in a fast-paced matrix and multi-tiered environment
------- --Experience communicating with and influencing without authority to business teams, leadership teams and technology teams
------- --Experience in change management (example: updating and revising requirements)
------- --Experience managing multiple projects and tasks
------- --Knowledge of the health care industry
------- --Available 1-2 evenings per month for releases
