We are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist who is ready to take on a meaningful role within a stable, well-established practice and help guide both patient care and clinical culture. This position focuses on outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal physical therapy, including back pain, joint pain, muscle injuries, and movement rehabilitation, with opportunities to contribute to clinical standards, mentorship, and team development. Work-Life Balance • 3 full days and 2 half days, 38 to 40 hours per week • Early-out Fridays, finished by 1:00 • No weekends • Built-in documentation time • One-hour lunch breaks on full days Team Environment You will work alongside experienced physical therapists, PTAs, a nurse practitioner, massage therapists, and a strong front-desk team in a respectful, collaborative, and well-organized clinical setting. Role Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic and MSK care • Support clinical excellence and consistency across the team • Collaborate closely within an integrative care model • Develop long-term patient relationships • Contribute to a positive and stable clinic culture Qualifications • Minnesota licensed or eligible for licensure • Experience in outpatient orthopedics or readiness to step into a leadership role • Dependable, professional, and committed to growth • Patient-centered and team-oriented New graduates with strong leadership potential will be considered. Ongoing mentorship and professional support are provided.
