The candidate will work with a collegial team of 10 other Cardiologists (3 interventional, 1 EP and 6 general cardiologists) to provide team-based care for patients in community hospital, which provides full spectrum of cardiovascular care. Additional skills in other imaging modalities are beneficial (e.g. CT angiography, cardiac MRI and nuclear stress testing). Daily responsibilities will include interpreting echos, performing TEEs, overseeing several NP/PAs who run the hospital service, and seeing patients in a clinic setting. Opportunities are available for collaboration and education. Candidates may have an appointment with College of Medicine and opportunities to be involved in the Clinic's three shields: practice, education and research.
