Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
occupational therapy services within a school setting for students
ages 3 to 21 in Altoona, WI. This contract position supports a
caseload of approximately 21 students, with several requiring
consultation-only services. The role demands collaboration with
educational and support staff to facilitate student progress
through individualized therapy plans. Qualifications: - Valid
Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) license - Experience working
in school-based OT preferred - Strong communication and
organizational skills - Ability to manage a mixed caseload,
including direct therapy and consultations Job Details: - Location:
Altoona, Wisconsin - Contract period: August 17th, 2026 through May
28th, 2027 - Hours: 24 per week, over 3 days - Students served:
Ages 3-21, with a caseload of 21 students - Single school location
assignment Key Responsibilities: - Conduct evaluations and develop
individualized treatment plans aligned with students educational
goals - Provide direct occupational therapy services and
consultation for students on caseload - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other professionals to support student development and
participation - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services
and progress notes - Participate in team meetings and contribute to
