Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support a
diverse K-12 student population for the full 2025-2026 school year
in Shakopee, MN. This contract position involves managing an
approximate caseload of 40 students across two school sites,
providing a rewarding and dynamic work environment that fosters
professional growth and meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to a K-12
caseload focusing on school-based needs Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals and
educational requirements Collaborate with educators, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within the
classroom setting Conduct assessments and maintain detailed
documentation to monitor student progress and ensure compliance
with school and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and
contribute recommendations to support student success Desired
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)
credential Experience in school-based occupational therapy
preferred Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students
effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and related
therapies Location: Shakopee, Minnesota, with services provided
