Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A travel opportunity is available for a Certified Surgical Technologist with specialized skills in operating room technology. This position is based in Burnsville, MN, providing exposure to a wide range of surgical cases in a dynamic hospital environment. The role requires a highly skilled professional with a solid background in orthopedic surgery and other specialties. Position Details: Schedule: 10-hour shifts, days and evenings; start times vary among 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 3:00 PM Travel assignment with flexible start dates No on-call duties; weekend and holiday shifts as needed Essential Responsibilities: Assist in surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedic cases, including total joint and trauma surgeries Support neuro, peripheral vascular, and cardiovascular surgeries as required Maintain sterile field and follow hospital protocols to ensure patient safety Utilize EPIC and DaVinci systems proficiently during case preparation and documentation Float as needed within the operating room to support various surgical services Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience, especially in orthopedic surgery Certified and active NBSTSA or NCCT credential at the time of application Demonstrated skills using EPIC, DaVinci, and general surgical technology competencies Ability to handle total joint support, ortho trauma, neuro, peripheral vascular, and cardiovascular cases No new graduates accepted Additional Requirements: Must submit resume, active licensure/certifications, skills checklist, and prescreening questionnaire Maximum of 7 days of requested time off permitted during assignment Candidates seeking a challenging and rewarding travel role with exposure to diverse surgical cases are encouraged to apply.
