Job Description:
Position: • This collegial OBGYN group has an unprecedented
history of retention and is based at a Forbes ‘Top 100‘ Hospital •
Recruitment is due to upcoming retirement • True four-day week (32
patient contact hours) • Surgically strong group, averaging 75 GYN
surgeries/year per physician • Robust support staff: highly
experienced nurses, an OB educator who sees all patients at the
start of pregnancy to put together their care plans, plus adding
two midwives soon (will function as ‘extenders‘) • Ideal practice
infrastructure: nursing support ‘hubs‘ handle all Rx refills,
triage, & pap results, plus after-hours answering service •
State-of-the-art ORs: multi-million expansion just completed
brand-new DaVinci robot • Highly competitive compensation: current
OBGYNs are averaging $460K • 31 days of Time Off Year 1, 36 days of
Time Off Year 2 & beyond • Signing bonus, relocation stipend, loan
