cardiac and vascular surgeries Description: Position/Specialty -
CVOR Tech Shifts available: 06:45 - 15:15, 9:30 - 18:00, 14:45 -
23:15 Types of cases required include: - Cardiac surgery: CABG
(on/off pump), AVR, MVRR, TVRR, aortic aneurysm/dissection, total
artificial heart, heart transplant, LVAD implantation, minimally
invasive valve replacement, and trans-catheter
mitral/aortic/tricuspid valve replacement. - Vascular surgery:
Endovascular and open vascular procedures such as AAA, thoracic and
thoracoabdominal aneurysm including fenestrated grafts,
endarterectomy, bypass for peripheral artery disease, amputation,
ECMO decannulation and repositioning. Preferred cases include: -
General, endoscopic/laparoscopic, vascular, thoracic, bariatrics,
transplant. CVOR case experience required includes: - Abdominal
aortic aneurysm repair, atrial septal defect repair, carotid
endarterectomy, coronary artery bypass graft, endovascular aneurysm
repair, endovascular aortic repair (EVAR), femoral popliteal bypass
graft, mitral valve replacement, pericardial window, transcatheter
aortic valve replacement (TAVR), thoracic endovascular aortic
repair (TEVAR), ventricular assist device (VAD), ECMO. Number of
operating rooms: 6 total, including 4 ORs, 1 hybrid, and 1 PV.
First-timers are accepted. Weekend requirements include up to 2
weekends per month, with holiday call if needed. Floating will not
be required within scope to meet facility needs. This is a
short-term acute care facility with a total staffed bed count of
672. Patients include adults and geriatrics with a daily census of
8-10. Minimum supervisor reference required at the time of
submission. Please ensure compliance with all entry requirements

requirements for fingerprinting and licensing prior to
