Availability Requirements

• Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
• Work Days: 5 Days per Week
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Schedule Flexibility: Flexible on hours and rotation schedule
• Call: None

License Requirements

• Active Wisconsin License Required or IMLC
• Wisconsin Act 10 Accepted

Certifications & Qualifications

• Board Certified - Required
• Pain Management Fellowship - Required
• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required

Clinical Skills Required

• Office visits and follow-up visits
• Pain management procedural experience required, including:
  • Spinal Cord Stimulation
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
  • Pain Management Injections

Practice Details

• Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per shift
• Department Beds: 5
• EMR: Epic

Ideal Candidate

• Fellowship-trained Pain Management physician
• Experienced with advanced interventional pain procedures
• Comfortable balancing clinic evaluations and procedural work
• Interested in a predictable schedule with no call responsibilities
