Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; 5 days per week; 7a-3p (flexible)
No Call

Clinical Details

EMR System: Epic
Practice Settings: Outpatient
Patients Per Shift: 15
Support Staff: RN: 4, Office Staff: 2
Beds: 5
Trauma Level: 4
Office visits
Follow-up visits
Procedures include
- spinal cord stimulation
- radio-frequency ablation
- injections

Requirements

Board Certified in Pain Medicine
Licensed in Wisconsin or IMLC
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Fellowship required
