Summary of Position:Coastal Seafoods Retail Team Members will use their product knowledge to help guide the customer through an immersive service experience while also working to maintain daily maintenance of all Coastal Seafoods products. Coastal Seafoods Retail Team Members will provide product knowledge, recommendations, and service to all Coastal Seafoods customers throughout the duration of the customer service experience from the initial greeting to the final checkout process. Retail Team Members are responsible for all daily store setup and breakdown activities including case builds, stocking inventory, and all cleaning activities as assigned and directed by Retail Team Leads, Assistant Retail Managers, and the General Manager.Responsibilities:Execute top-tier operating standards Maintain high levels of accurate inventory management, organization, and safe handling protocolsHandling all customer needs and questions as they ariseMerchandising of retail items based on current store initiativesMaintaining a clean and safe environment to ensure a quality customer service experienceLearning about and communicating information regarding all Coastal Seafoods products and servicesDeliver top-quality customer service and embody the spirit of the Coastal Seafoods community, mission, and visonMinimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience: 1 year retail grocery (emphasis on seafood preferred)Technical: Retail POS softwareCoastal Seafoods is an Equal Opportunity Employer
