Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a
highly skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team at
St Croix National Golf Event Center LLC. As a Bartender/Server, you
will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to
our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for
maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and
ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. Your
ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable
atmosphere for our guests, while also maximizing revenue for the
business. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as a bartender or server Excellent
customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible
hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least
18 years of age Preferred Qualifications: Certification in
responsible alcohol service Experience with point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of wine and beer pairings helpful Ability to create and
execute specialty cocktails Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a
variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Maintain
a clean and organized bar area Ensure compliance with all state and
local regulations Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for

a Bartender/Server, you will utilize your excellent customer

enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. You will also use your
knowledge of beverage preparation and inventory management to

Additionally, you will use your flexibility and adaptability to
work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously. Your creativity and attention to detail will also
be utilized in creating and executing specialty cocktails and event
planning and coordination.
