Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of products and
initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy,
financial targets, and customer needs. This role manages intake,
prioritization, approvals, and ongoing tracking of products and
investments through their full lifecycle. Acting as a central point
of coordination, the Portfolio Manager ensures that dependencies,
risks, progress, and outcomes are communicated effectively across
product teams, leaders, and business partners. This leader works
closely with Product Owners, cross-functional delivery teams, and
executive stakeholders to balance demand, capacity, and strategic
objectives. The Portfolio Manager is accountable for ensuring
business cases are rigorous, value is measurable, and products
remain aligned to enterprise OKRs, KPIs, and financial forecasts.
Leveraging Agile, Product Management, and DevOps best practices,
the Portfolio Manager helps teams deliver consistently, adapt
quickly, and make decisions grounded in data. Responsibility:
Oversee a portfolio of products and initiatives to ensure alignment
with organizational strategy, customer needs, and financial
targets. Manage end?to?end intake, prioritization, approval, and
lifecycle tracking of portfolio investments. Partner with Product
Owners, delivery teams, and leaders to balance demand, capacity,
and strategic objectives. Ensure business cases are rigorous, value
is measurable, and outcomes align to enterprise OKRs, KPIs, and
financial forecasts . Identify and manage cross?team dependencies,
risks, and mitigation plans to support successful delivery. Develop
and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and artifacts to
enable transparency and data?driven decisions. Apply Agile, Product
Management, and DevOps best practices to drive consistent execution
and continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent work experience Three to five years of relevant
experience in product, portfolio, or program management Preferred
Skills & Experience: Deep understanding of organizational
processes, customer needs, and business operations Recent
experience using Clarity, a Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Experience using Microsoft tools such as Power BI and/or Automate
Excel experience – advance knowledge of financial data analysis and
use of PivotTables Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies,
Product Management frameworks, and DevOps principles Ability to
solve complex problems with minimal guidance and drive decisions
through influence Proven ability to collaborate with diverse
stakeholders, including engineers, product leaders, third?party
partners, and end users Strong verbal and written communication
skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate
complex organizational environments Strong analytical skills with
the ability to evaluate business cases, financial data, and
performance metrics Experience in developing portfolio reporting,
dashboards, and financial or operational artifacts Skilled in
identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and
mitigation plans Ability to coach teams on best practices in
planning, prioritization, and value measurement Familiarity with
strategic planning processes, including OKR formulation and roadmap
alignment Proficiency with portfolio or product management tools
(e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) Demonstrated ability to
influence outcomes without direct authority and foster strong
partnerships across business and technology teams Location

salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which

(all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range:
$92,820.00 - $109,200.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified
