You’ll support multiple departments, learn new equipment, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Pick and pack products using detailed pick sheets Track inventory using RF scanners Build and wrap pallets; break down cartons and organize materials Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse Drive warehouse equipment including reach trucks, stand?ups, sit?downs, and tuggers Load and unload trucks using lifts or manual equipment Support shipping and receiving, including dock door management Work with ERP systems such as Epicor What You Bring Previous warehouse or material handling experience A flexible, can?do attitude—willing to help across departments Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) 1 year of forklift experience Ability to cross?train with production teams Comfort working with computers and ERP systems Why You’ll Love Working Here $3 shift differential Immediate openings with steady, full?time hours Real advancement opportunities—many team members grow into lead, supervisor, and management roles A stable, expanding company where your work truly matters Clean, organized, safety?focused warehouse environment Shifts Available 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
