The Sr. Assembly Set Up Operator position at Cinch Connectivity
Solutions is the answer you've been looking for. You'll be part of
our Production team performing, defining, and providing instruction
for set-up, adjustment, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and
operation of complex assembly equipment and existing manufacturing
processes. Are You Looking to Operate high precision machines
performing required operations Instruct personnel in the proper set
up procedures Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative
maintenance Work in a team environment embedded in lean
manufacturing methodology Are You Ready to Meet or exceed
production output requirements Work from verbal and written
instructions (English), work instructions, prints, and diagrams.
Apply knowledge of manufacturing methods, materials, processes and
skills What You'll Need High school diploma, GED or an equivalent
combination of education and experience Good manual dexterity
required to work with small parts 3 years of experience performing
set ups or training preferred Must be a US Citizen or Permanent
