Our client is seeking a 1st ShiftGrinder/Polisherto join their team. In this role, you will be part of the production department supporting a skilled team dedicated to precision and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity and a commitment to safety,which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Grinder/Polisher - 1st ShiftLocation: Rice Lake, WIPay Range: $17/hrWhat's the Job?

• Cleans, deburrs, polishes, or grinds items of metal using hand tools or powered equipment.
• Deburr parts with file, wire brush, or buffing cloth.
• Polishes parts using portable grinder, sander, buffer, or deburring tool.
• Changes tools on powered equipment as necessary.
• Cleans interior surfaces using hand tools or sand blaster.What's Needed?
  • Ability to operate hand tools and powered equipment effectively.
  • Experience in metal finishing, grindingor similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Strong work history in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's in it for me?
