We're evaluating talent for a variety of on-site Sales opportunities in the automotive industry across the M inneapolis and St. Paul metros . If you enjoy building relationships, hitting goals, and creating a standout customer experience with great long-term growth potential , we want to connect!

• This is an application for ongoing consideration for multiple in-person opportunities.
• Locations can include : Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Edina, White Bear Lake, Roseville and additional MN Metro cities.
• Roles can include: Customer Specialists, Business Development, New & Used Car Sales, & others
• NO sales or automotive experience required Compensation: Starting guaranteed base at $17/hr - $20/hr depending on the role, plus incentive opportunities and competitive benefits
  • OTE for entry level roles average $50,000+ first year

      • Guide customers through the sales process by providing vehicle information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
      • Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
      • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery. Minimum Qualifications:
        • 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role
        • High school diploma or equivalent required
        • Comfortable working with CRM tools and navigating sales systems
        • Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
        • Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
