Description:ABOUT MASS FINISHING:Mass Finishing, Inc. is a
manufacturer of industrial finishing machines and supplies. Their
customer base spans the entire globe in cutting edge industries
including jet engine and military equipment manufacturers, the
performance racing industry, energy, medical devices, and firearm
makers. MFI works with customers to find the best possible solution
to eliminate time and labor and improve the overall process of
cleaning, deburring, smoothing and polishing metal and other
material components. MFI sells both direct and through its
expanding distribution network of roughly 50 dealerships. With a
special focus on "high-energy" tumble finishing equipment, MFI is
established as a benchmark among tumble finishing equipment
suppliers.
MFI started business in 1995 and in 2016 was acquired by Innovance,

our customers. POSITION DESCRIPTION:The Outside Sales Associate for
Mass Finishing is overseeing all outside sales activities to
satisfy customer requests for equipment, supplies and services.
This position will create policies, procedures and objectives for
the successful development and selling of the company's products
and services. They are also responsible for selling new services to
existing accounts, increasing total sales revenue on a regular
basis, and maintaining an ethical and professional relationship
with customers and distributors. This position oversees obtaining
and/or reviewing customer orders, administration of company
approved pricing, and working as liaison between the customer and
company departments to assure complete customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Maintain strong customer relationships by
taking sales calls and responding promptly to customer quote
requests. - Draft competitive market proposals based on customers'
needs and specifications. - Track sales targets and report metrics
to sales and leadership teams. - Implement sales administration
process improvements that make the organization more effective and
exceed customer expectations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and
annual sales forecasts. - Solicit customer feedback to generate
leads, improve processes, or suggestions for new products. - Assist
with MFI marketing efforts while working closely with Innovance
marketing team to develop strategies to ensure brand consistency
and increase sales. - Utilize market analysis tools to improve
sales. - Develop profitable pricing strategies for the
organization. - Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tool to track
sales opportunities - Conduct regular reviews of opportunities with
sales and support staff - Manage the lead to order process pipeline
including sample test tracking - Develop good understanding of
mechanical engineering and become a strong advocate for the
industries that MFI serves including aerospace, automotive,
medical, defense and others. - Become a product expert and trusted
resource for existing MFI customers, and new prospects. - Assist a
worldwide network of distributors with questions along with
providing quotes when requested. - 20-40% Travel required. To
include customer visits, trade shows, equipment installs, service
calls, etc. - Meet or exceed business sales goals as established by
management.

bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or closely related field. -
8 years of Sales/Customer service experience - Previous B2B
industrial equipment sales experience preferred - Creative thinker
with the ability to solve complex problems. - Familiarity with
customer relations management software. - Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. - Must be able to manage time to complete
projects quickly.

completed by following the Human Resources onboarding plan for each
new hire and that will be verified by the Employee Orientation &

Additional applicable training will be completed by following the
individual's assigned department training matrix. - Effectiveness
of training guidelines will be determined by employee knowledge and
demonstration of learned concepts. Additional training after the
first several weeks of on-the-job training will be done by the
Supervisor in preparation for operating on their own as needed. Any
follow-up training will be evaluated and provided at the 60-day
review or as deemed necessary for the position. PHYSICAL

WORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment is an office setting within
the MFI plant. This position requires evaluation and testing of
equipment on MFI plant floor and all safety requirements must be
followed. The MFI plant is a typical manufacturing setting.
