We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Looking for a summer provider to spend time with an active and energetic teen boy that enjoys being outside and engaging in a variety of hobbies. He has ADHD and Autism (verbal), and while he may initially be shy, he tends to open up with time and comfort. He has a strong interest in working out, fishing, shooting, plants, and art. He and his family live in a beautiful, secluded area and are accompanied by their dogs, chickens, and lots of wildlife.
