PAI is seeking dedicated and compassionate Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence, improve daily living skills, and engage in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community. Pay rate: $20 hourly mileage reimbursement, full benefits. 30 hours weekly. Day schedule (Mon-Fri). Location: Crystal/Coon Rapids. We currently offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions around the Twin Cities Metro area. Other IHS Positions Available in the Metro Area. Serve as a One-on-One Caregiver in the Client's Home or Out in the Community: Falcon Heights : 6 hours (10-1pm Wed, Fri). Saint Paul : 4-6 hours per week, over two weekdays during the day. Skilled in de-escalation and managing behaviors preferred. Minneapolis : Sat. 10am-2pm. Minneapolis : two 2-hour shifts on weekdays 10am-12pm. Bloomington : 6 hours per week, Mon & Fri. Hugo: 8 hours on weekdays (Mon, Fri). South St. Paul: 7 hours per week (1:30-5:00pm Mon, Tues). Minnetonka: Weekly hours flexible. Key Responsibilities for IHS Professionals: Personal Care and Support: Offer assistance with personal care, including hygiene, meals, and medication management. Engagement in Activities : Facilitate enjoyable and meaningful activities to ensure individuals remain engaged and active at home and in the community. Life Skills Training : Assist individuals in learning and improving skills for independent living, including budgeting, grocery shopping, and meal planning. Emotional Support : Foster companionship and provide emotional support, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Household Assistance : Help with household chores such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. Safety and Well-being : Ensure a safe and secure environment for the individuals you support. Job Requirements for IHS Professionals: High school degree/G.E.D. and be 18 years of age or older. Pass DHS background study and maintain clearance to provide direct services without continuous supervision.
