The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of Corporate Finance experience. The ideal person for this role will have significant M&A experience! Job Details Requirements: Licensed to practice law in Minnesota 5-8 years of Corporate Finance experience Heavy experience with Mergers & Acquisitions & executing multiple deals from beginning to end! If you have experience with drafting and negotiating terms of Credit Agreements, Security Agreements, Guaranty Agreements and Loan Agreements for lenders, that would be ideal!
