sustainable future. Job Description Job Summary The Health and
Safety Manager has comprehensive leadership responsibility for the
implementation and administration of all Health, Safety, Industrial
Hygiene, and OSHA compliance Programs at the Veolia WTS Minnetonka,
MN facility under the EHS Site Leader. The Health and Safety
Manager shall strive to provide a healthy and accident-free work
environment for all employees through the recognition, evaluation,
and control of environmental and workplace health hazards. The
Health and Safety Manager shall counsel management and employees
honestly and completely in the responsible and ethical application
of environmental and industrial health principles and practices.

which drive compliance with all applicable federal, state, local,
and corporate EHS laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines Lead
and improve EHS programs and practices in the plant to eliminate
hazards and reduce or eliminate associated risks Support the
Management of Change Program and conduct safety inspections Lead
incident investigations Participate in sustainability initiatives
and reporting Promote behavioral based safety Ensure all employee
and contractor training is completed, documented, and maintained
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrate depth and breadth of
knowledge in hazard recognition, evaluation, and control Analyze
data and audit processes which drive compliance in Ergonomics,
Noise, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, and Machine Guarding
Initiate and drive the development programs to eliminate hazards
and reduce or eliminate associated risks Lead and/or support
investigations of workplace incidents, complete root cause analyses
to determine appropriate corrective actions, and ensure completion
Provide EHS support to manufacturing departments and leaders in the
design and installation of new or modified equipment, New Product
Introduction, Incoming Material Approval System, and Management of
Change Provide technical assistance and guidance to the plant by
leading or assisting in safety committee team and meetings,
including EHS regulatory interpretations Assist in leading
departmental EHS Projects and completing required reports
Qualifications Education & Experience Required : Bachelor's Degree
from an accredited university or college, preferably in
Occupational Health and Safety, Chemistry, Engineering, or
Environmental Science At least 5 years of experience in an EHS role
at a manufacturing facility Preferred : Professional
certification(s) such as: Certified Safety Professional (CSPĀ®),
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or related professional
certification(s) or current in process Strong communication and
interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with plant
management and production employees Working knowledge in
ergonomics, noise, confined space, machine guarding, and chemical
approvals Experience in Industrial Hygiene Experience with PHA and
starting up new operations Knowledge of working with Google
Workspace or Microsoft Office Working Conditions Less than 10%
travel Ability to work in a chemical environment Additional

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly
benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and
offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge,
skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer
equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the
final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or
higher than the stated range: $90,000 - $95,000 annually or hourly.
This role also includes a 10% annual incentive plan (AIP). Medical,
